Jacqui has been with Wholeness Healing Center since 2000. She has great impact in the success of the practice, keeping us organized and on-task and always improving on what we can offer you. She is the person we call upon to accomplish anything and everything. She has a finger in every project and an idea in the creation of it. Jacqui manages our staff and is the one to talk to if you have concerns about your services. She has a gentle healing quality and will put you at ease immediately in knowing that you will be well taken care of during your association with Wholeness Healing Center.
SPECIALTIES
Jacqui specializes in creating systems for optimal performance at our practice. She has streamlined our business to be very organized and efficient. In doing so, she has cut job positions almost in half and greatly minimized errors in our bookwork. She often is writing a new computer program for us so we can better utilize the office staff's time. Jacqui is also our Financial Specialist. She does a phenomenal job managing payroll and our books. She is constantly running numbers and developing new ways for us to grow. Jacqui always has time to help either staff or clients with any problems and helps keep our office a very peaceful, well-run business. Jacqui understands the essence of Wholeness Healing Center and she is an advocate for people who come to work on their personal growth. She always strives to make all clientele feel very comfortable and cared about. If you encounter any problems or concerns, Jacqui would be the person to talk with. She goes out of her way to help our clients and truly cares how you feel.
PERSONAL
Jacqui lives in Kearney and has been married to Jordan Schlund since 2002. They have one child, Madilyn Gracie. She was born in 2007 and routinely accompanies Jacqui to work. It would also not be uncommon for you to see a four-legged friend following Jacqui around our office. Yasha, a terrier-mix, is a therapy dog and often comes to the office to help greet our clients and make them feel at ease.

Michelle Choplin
Billing Specialist
Michelle has been with Wholeness Healing Center since its inception. She is our billing specialist and takes care of all insurance and billing needs. Her expertise, knowledge, and sense of responsibility in making things go smoothly have been pivotal in the success and growth of Wholeness Healing Center. Due to her sense of responsibility, she does all she can to make sure that our clients are well taken care of with their third party payments from insurance companies. Whether it is providing information that is needed to ensure payment or timely billing for quick reimbursement, Michelle handles these with ease. She will also be there to communicate about your billing and payment needs, working with you in the best way possible.
EDUCATION
Michelle graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management.
EXPERIENCE
Since 1993 Michelle has worked in the mental health field as a billing specialist. Her first job was working for a psychiatrist in private practice. In 1998, she became a pioneer in starting her own home billing business. This is where she started working with Wholeness Healing Center. That same year, she also worked full time for Richard Young Hospital in their outpatient clinic. In 2004 Michelle came on site to Wholeness Healing Center in Grand Island.
Michelle continues to attend various insurance workshops to keep abreast of any billing changes or requirements.
