Dr. Duke has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Nebraska. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Nebraska Psychological Association. He has worked in a variety of settings, including a child and adolescent inpatient hospital, VA Medical Center, university counseling center, and community mental health center. He has specialized training in marriage and family therapy.
Dr. Duke has taught Psychology classes at the undergraduate level and has given numerous workshops on relationship issues, self-esteem, stress management, weight loss, mood disorders, substance abuse, and the practice of psychotherapy. David works with individuals, families, and couples on relationship/marriage issues; men's issues; anger problems; depression; anxiety; Bipolar Disorder; ADHD; behavior problems; and the integration of psychological and spiritual issues in creating a balanced life.
Dr. Duke also has extensive experience in psychological assessment.
His additional professional interests include sport psychology, mind-body medicine, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
